How to remove an inbox from my Mailman account?
Removing an inbox from your Mailman account is as easy as adding it was. To remove an inbox, you'll need to permanently delete that inbox.
First, use the inbox switcher menu to choose the inbox you'd want to remove –
Once switched, Stop the Mailman is it is still on. You cannot delete your account if Mailman is still activated.
Next, go to the Account page of that inbox from the user menu –
Here, you'll see the entire summary of your account and the connected inboxes –
At the very bottom, there's a section to delete your account. It'll show exactly which inbox you're about to delete.
Once you verify this information, hit the big red button that says, "Permanently Delete Account".
NOTE: This action cannot be undone. Once deleted, entire history of your inbox is gone.
There's a caveat at deleting your primary inbox. When you delete your primary inbox, you also delete all the additional inboxes it is associated with.
