Q. Does Mailman delete emails already in my inbox in any scenario?



A. Mailman does not and cannot. When signing up with your Gmail account, we do not ask for permission to delete any of your past or future emails. Therefore, Mailman cannot delete any of your past of future emails.

Q. Does Mailman change or modify any of the current emails in my inbox?



A. Mailman doesn’t change or modify any of the current emails in your inbox. Mailman only works on the future incoming emails.

Q. Are there any chances of losing emails while Mailman is managing my inbox?



A. The emails never leave your inbox. When Mailman is managing your inbox, it simply keeps redirecting all new incoming mails to a hidden folder. And on your set schedule, it moves the emails from the hidden folder to the primary Inbox folder.

Q. Do you use my data to sell me advertisements?



A. We do not sell your data to advertising or marketing agencies. We have deployed the best practices to secure sensitive data about your inbox.

Q. Does Mailman read the body of my emails?



A. Mailman does not read the body of your emails. Mailman only reads the timestamp, sender’s email address, and the subject lines of your incoming emails to assist you in managing your inbox productively.

Q. How secure is the payment information that I give to you when signing up for a paid plan?



A. All payments on Mailman are handled by Stripe. Your payment information never touches our servers; they directly are sent to the Stripe servers.

Q. Once activated, how difficult is it to remove Mailman from my inbox?



A. Removing Mailman from your inbox is very straightforward and can be accomplished with a one-click button from your Mailman account.

Q. Can I use Mailman with non-Gmail accounts?


A. Unfortunately, we don't support other email services right now. Mailman only works with Gmail accounts

Q. Can I change the email address of my Mailman inbox?



A. It's not possible to change the email address associated with a Mailman inbox. If you need to change your primary inbox's email address, you need to start a new subscription. If it's an additional inbox, you can just remove/delete it and add the email address as a new inbox.

Q. How do I disable the Auto-responder?.



A. Upgrading to a paid subscription will disable the Auto-responder.
